What's your typical timeline from a manpower brief to deployed workers?
From the day we receive a brief, the standard schedule is: days 0–3 for sourcing and pre-screening, days 4–6 for documentation, PF/ESIC enrolment and safety induction, and day 7 for on-site deployment. Surge requests where we already have a candidate pool can be filled faster — often within 48 hours.
How quickly do you replace an absent or unsuitable worker?
Within 24 hours for the same trade, anywhere in our service area (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Chandigarh). A field supervisor responds to any escalation within 2 hours, 24/7.
Are you EPFO and ESIC compliant for every deployed worker?
Yes — from day one. PF and ESIC returns are filed monthly, before the 7th of every month, for every worker on every client site. The wage register is available to clients on request as part of monthly reporting.
Which trades do you regularly supply?
Site engineers, ITI fitters and electricians, welders (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW), CNC operators (VMC, HMC, turning), fork-lift operators (diesel, electric, reach), industrial painters, production-line workers, warehouse staff, loaders, QC helpers, security personnel, and housekeeping. We deploy both men and women based on the role.
Do you supply skilled workers for short surges or only long contracts?
Both. Long-term standing arrangements are our backbone — same trained staff on your site shift after shift, month after month. We also keep an active pool of pre-screened workers for surge requests during ramp-ups, festival seasons, or short-term audits.
Who do we contact at Onkar for day-to-day operations?
Each client site has a dedicated field supervisor — we keep roughly four supervisors per partner factory, and many more across the region. Day-to-day operations escalate to our field manager Sanjeet (+91 81467 35601). For executive-level matters, Directors Ms. Kuldeep Kaur and Mr. Jaspal Singh are reachable directly. For direct candidate intake and on-ground coordination, field supervisors Kulwinder Singh (+91 98766 98505) and Gulshan (+91 76960 27330) are the prominent points of contact — many others are available across our deployment sites.
How do you handle safety and on-site briefings?
Pre-deployment safety induction covers PPE, machine handling, and emergency protocol. Before every shift the supervisor walks operators through the day's plan — loading routes for fork-lifts, weight limits, lock-out/tag-out, and shift-specific risks. Safety shoes and PPE are provided to our workers at no cost to them.
What does your monthly client report include?
Each month a client receives: attendance roll, hours worked per worker, statutory deduction proof (PF, ESIC), supervisor incident log, replacement log if any, and wage payout confirmation. Reports are shared with the named client point of contact by the 10th of every month.

Contact enquiries are retained for 24 months from the date of submission. Job-application data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission or, for hired candidates, for the duration of employment and statutory record-keeping periods that follow.
6. Your rights
